Monica qualified as a dentist from King’s College London and gained her early professional experience in general dental practice before working in the Community Dental Service – treating patients who were too anxious to be treated in general practice. Here she had lots of experience in helping patients to overcome their dental phobias and picked up many techniques to make dentistry as pain-free as possible!
She has recently completed a post in hospital, as a Senior House Officer in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department, where she was able to carry out complex Oral Surgery and trained to treat patients under Sedation.
Monica is also trained in providing anti-wrinkle treatments – so whether patients are looking for a dazzling smile or a more youthful appearance - Monica is happy to discuss all the available options.
Monica has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and ensures that she keeps up to date with the latest advances in dentistry by regularly attending postgraduate courses. She has completed her ‘Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery’ with The Royal College of Surgeons and is currently in the process of completing a Certificate in Dental Implantology.
Monica is a very approachable and caring dentist. She understands that a visit to the dentist will perhaps never be something that patients look forward to, but she will always make sure that your experience in her care is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
Monica has a passion for cooking and travelling and can be very easily persuaded to book a flight away. She would love to be inspired to travel the world with stories of your holidays when you come to see her. And any tried and tested recipes to add to her collection are always appreciated!GO BACK
