Monica qualified as a dentist from King’s College London and gained her early professional experience in general dental practice before working in the Community Dental Service – treating patients who were too anxious to be treated in general practice. Here she had lots of experience in helping patients to overcome their dental phobias and picked up many techniques to make dentistry as pain-free as possible! She is happy to provide IV sedation for anyone who may be anxious or nervous.
She completed a post in hospital, as a Senior House Officer in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department, where she was able to carry out complex Oral Surgery and trained to treat patients under Sedation.
She has completed her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with The Royal College of Surgeons and is currently in the process of completing a Certificate in Dental Implantology.
Monica has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and enjoys transforming smiles with Invisalign and Composite Bonding.
She is also qualified to provide facial aesthetic treatments. These include anti-wrinkle injectables and dermal filler placement for a more youthful appearance.
Monica is a very approachable and caring dentist. She understands that a visit to the dentist will perhaps never be something that patients look forward to, but she will always make sure that your experience in her care is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
In her free time Monica enjoys spending time with friends and family and recently became a certified Pilates instructor.GO BACK
